How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you live. Within the US, our standard shipping via USPS takes 1-3 days; we also offer expedited shipping with FedEx Standard Overnight or 2Day. International shipping with USPS takes 5-7 days, but this does NOT include delays due to customs inspections, which vary by country. Again, you can choose FedEx Priority, Economy, or First for faster delivery (similar customs requirements apply).
What about customs duties and taxes for international orders?
Although we charge you for shipping when you place your order, we cannot calculate international import duties and taxes in advance. You will be responsible for paying whatever customs fees your country requires upon delivery of your order. Failure to pay these fees will result in your order being returned to us.
Where is my order?
You should have received an email when your order shipped that included the tracking number for your package (if you haven't, contact us and we'll be able to give you the number). Just search for that number online and you will be directed to the appropriate shipping service with information on the whereabouts of your package.
If, for whatever reason, your package is returned to us, we will notify you once we receive it and decide how to proceed with re-shipping.
What's your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns except in the event of a manufacturer's defect (please see our warranty below for more information). We apologize for the inconvenience.
What's your product warranty?
We provide a one year limited warranty from the date of sale for all Crave products purchased through authorized retailers. The warranty covers manufacturer's and material defects made apparent through normal use, per Crave's discretion; regular wear and tear or failures due to product modification, misuse, or accident are not covered.
